Vivotek Professional Traditional Style Wired Day/Night IP Camera

The Vivotek IP6127 professional IP cameras feature a 6.0mm lens as standard. Accessories include a variety of lenses and a weatherproof housing for using the cameras externally. They offer very high resolution images from their Sony 1/3" Super HAD CCD and will operate in poor lighting conditions such as street lighting, for more demanding situations they also have a Day/Night feature which switches the picture to B/W and allows them to operate with Infra Red lighting. Combined with the right lens they are ideal for demanding applications in almost all lighting conditions and provide identification quality images. As well as a built in microphone for audio monitoring the cameras also have a speaker socket which allows 2 way audio conversations with the site being monitored. The IP6122 features a 10/100MB network socket for quick and easy connection to a local or wide area network (internet), in addition to this the wireless version, model IP6127, features plug & play installation for wireless networks and wireless routers and a 10/100MB network socket for extra security or situations where the camera is being used outside the normal transmission range of a wireless network. Both units feature a built in web server which allow them to be accessed quickly and easily from Internet Explorer from any other PC on the same network or across the internet. To prevent unauthorised access the units feature multilevel multi user password protection. In addition to the web server access the camera is also supplied with Vivotek's 16 Camera DVR software which allows viewing, configuring and recording of up to 16 Vivotek cameras and Video Servers.
